Of beauty
Of compassion
A secret reminder of a wish or a dream
(or maybe a prayer)
In an instant a glance to the fire in your eyes
Eyes that scream for a moment of truth
Away from deception
Away from hurt
In your eyes a gentleness
Too sincere to be false
Too infinite to have boundaries
Like nothing I've seen before
Denying anger in all its forms
the result of the tests of the years
Explode with a passion for honesty
For humility
A beauty too obvious to define
Rare in its nature, needing no enhancement
Radiating from inside (and out)
Crying out .... calling out with grace and simplicity
Not practiced or imagined
Intense as the evening thunder
Existing before you could speak
Hidden for ages by God, until given to you
Recognized from a distance
Distinguished by its glow
Too bright to be seen by most
More sensed than observed, blinding the majority
Once disguised by tears
Or fear .... or hurt
Words failed to describe
Obscure in its uniqueness
Emboldened in its strength
Causing a pounding inside and a desire to know more
A thousand worlds lifetimes may pass
And it ..... you, will not appear again
Impossible to deny, you will never be forgotten
Not for a moment
Not for another
